Luen has several years of experience in the Banking and Financial services sector where he established himself as a successful consultant with broad expertise in Wholesale Credit Risk, Banking Regulation, Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting. Luen joined Capricorn due to his strong interest in the property sector. Along with being responsible for the finance function, he is focused on supporting the growth of the business and achieving operational efficiencies through process and system improvement. Luen is an ACA qualified (ICAEW) Chartered Accountant and Certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner. Outside of work Luen is an experienced and qualified outdoors leader, often organising trips with friends, he also enjoys various active hobbies such as Rock Climbing, Muay Thai and Snowboarding.
