Prior to starting at Capricorn, Thomas worked in Business Development at Mercedes-Benz UK. First, dealing primarily with aftersales matters then later responsible for managing the needs of  vulnerable customers through their Motability scheme. Most recently, Thomas assisted with the day-to-day management and expansion of his father’s Sussex based business within the Construction Industry. Outside of the office, Thomas has a keen passion for anything automotive and aviation related. He also loves to keep active through the gym and playing tennis.
