Berkan Aksit

Berkan graduated from Kadir Has University in Istanbul in Business Administration, having studied on a full academic scholarship. He began his career in retail and corporate banking with Garanti BBVA and ING Bank, where he developed strong experience in credit analysis, portfolio management, and lending to expanding businesses.

Since relocating to the United Kingdom, Berkan has spent more than five years specialising in arranging finance for overseas investors purchasing property in the UK, with a particular focus on clients from Türkiye and the wider Middle East. Prior to joining Capricorn, he worked as an independent commercial finance broker, structuring both residential and commercial investment mortgages for high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

Now part of Capricorn Türkiye and Middle East Desk in London, he advises international clients on UK mortgage solutions, investment strategy, and funding structures.
