Emma brings over 25 years of recruitment experience across both managed service and in-house environments. She has worked with organisations such as Capita Resourcing, Severn Trent Water, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, the Government Communication Service, and Grayce Consultancy.
Her expertise covers everything from apprenticeships and high-volume hiring to niche and director-level roles. Emma is passionate about continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. She recently gained her CIPD Level 3 in People Management, reflecting her commitment to professional growth.
Outside work, Emma enjoys live music, festivals, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
